Books Can Be Confusing!

Hey, Bloggers!
My new book for Novel Study is...
How To Train Your Dragon!

Image result for how to train your dragon book

The blurb (the writing on the back of the cover):
Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III was a truly extraordinary viking hero, warrior chieftain, awesome sword-fighter and amateur naturalist. He was known throughout Vikingdom as 'the Dragon Whisperer' on account of his power over these terrifying beasts.
But it wasn't always like that...

I started reading it about a week ago and I'm already at chapter nine! Every chapter is around 15-20 pages long. But, this book is really confusing. In the 'How To Train Your Dragon' movies, they never said anything about a smaller version of the dragon, Toothless, before Hiccup trained the Toothless we all know.
Besides that, it's a great book so far.
Have you read this book before?
If so, then from 1-10, how do you rate this book?
Anyway, bye!

Epro8

Hey, bloggers!
Last week, Teegan, Mikael, Mia, and I went to Epro8. Epro8 is a challenge; an engineering and problem solving race. Every year, about 10,000 students from about 900 schools from throughout New Zealand take part.

We had to get a little ball that Mia twisted open. Inside it said that we had to build a Rat Wheel that would generate electricity; and I guess that was a good thing because it looked like every other team got the Elevator or something similar. Well, apparently, the other teams got the Elevator and the Lighthouse.  We had to get our Rat Wheel measured. It was meant to be one metre in length, but at one point, we made it a bit too big. It took us three hours to build.  We ended up coming in at ninth place.
Overall it was a great experience.
Anyway, that's all for now, so, bye!

Novel Study

Hey, bloggers!
These past two weeks, A Novel Bunch (one of my class's many reading groups) have been doing a novel study. We got to choose what book we wanted to do a novel study on. The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas or My Sister Lives on the Mantelpiece.

I The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. Apparently, My Sister Lives on the Mantelpiece is a really good book. People keep telling me to recommend this. But personally, I recommend The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas is filled with wonder and emotion.
Anyway, hope you enjoy reading these two books
Bye!
